Geek Squad Rip-off - HP LAPTOP


I purchased a laptop for my daughter in Dec 2014. The Geek squad told her they would ship it back to the mfg for repair. I received an e-mail form the Geek Squad to call. It was not shipped to mfg but to the Geek Squad and they wanted $150 for a repair that was covered under warranty. Very unethical business practice. No opology or reason why it was not shipped to the mfg.They shipped back the broken laptop which my daughter will now send to HP.
