Best Buy Support Ticket

I have an issue with the Best Buy website. It's the only web site I go to which CONSISTENTLY gets my location wrong. It's frustrating when looking to see if my local Best Buy store has something in stock. I CONSTANTLY have to put in my correct zip code, then on the next page it's wrong again. Every other website understands my location. I contacted a Best Buy representative to tunneled into my computer and saw that my location settings in Windows were correct and then saw that the Best Buy site got it wrong. He had no answer and was sorry. Can anyone offer assistance?
