Best Buy Complaint

No Service in the Store
I tend to avoid Best Buy , because I never have had good service in one of their stores. You cannot find people to help you, and when you do, they often know little about the item about which you seek input. Just got a new car and, after watching some product reviews on YouTube, I decided to drive 15 miles to Best Buy, because one of the YouTube reviewers said he bought his remote start at BB and they did a good job. I know I do not want to self-install, so I made the trip to BB. I walked in the store just before 3 PM on 30Aug15 and it was not very busy. Lots of blue shirts, but no one greeted me or asked me if they could provide help. I finally ran down a young man aimlessly roaming the store and it because clear very soon that he knew nothing about car remote starters. We went to the computer terminal where he helplessly tried to show me my choices. When I asked a question he could not handle, he walked up to someone who looked like he might be a manager. If I were a store manager and knew my sales `consultant' was so totally lost, I would step in to serve the customer. This guy simply passed the answer along and seemed to be content to watch his sales guy fail miserably. Just another confirmation that you cannot get help or service at a BB, just you just get lucky one day.
