Best Buy NEVER AGAIN - Samsung Washer
The pick-up for the dishwasher, went as scheduled.
However, the delivery service for the Washer, was a complete BUST! Like another consumer, my spouse took the afternoon off for the delivery, and they were a no show, and no call. We called to find out what happened, and they said the item wasn't shipped to the warehouse. OK, well it's unfortunate, but things happen. So arrangements were made once again. We received the same recording the evening before, confirming the delivery. My spouse took the afternoon off again for the 2nd delivery, and again they were a no show, and no call. This was absolutely uncalled for. My spouse went to the facility the purchase was made, and explained what had happened. The manager seemed compassionate and empathetic for such an awful experience. He offered to upgrade to offer the steam washer model, but this would require us to pick up the washer. We turned down the upgrade, since we didn't have a vehicle that would accommodate the washer. He made arrangements with 2 in-store employees and made the delivery with a pick-up that week. We were pleased with the performance, so let our bad experience go.
Well....then after a couple of weeks, my spouse went to clean the coin trap. Come to find this NASTY OLD RUSTY CAT COLLAR. Was absolutely disgusting. I was furious, and I realize this is open box, but do they not check, before resale?
I took the NASTY RUSTY CAT COLLAR to Best Buy on January 2nd, 2017 I went to the Fairlawn, OH store to show this collar, and address my horrible experience. The person in charge, wasn't pleasant, and said we compensated you for the delivery experience. I corrected him and said...no, you offered to upgrade to the next model including the steam option, but we were required to pick-up so we declined. All he would say is, what would you like me to do? Over and over again....he seemed like he just wanted to get rid of me. So he turned me over to the customer advocate, or some title, and she was aware of the delivery debacle...then when I showed her the DINGY CAT COLLAR that was in the washer, she didn't know what to say. She took a picture and said that she was submitting this to the appropriate department for further review. She mentioned she would call back, I confirmed she had the phone #. This was January 2nd BEST BUY, still NO CALL BACK!
I still have the dingy nasty cat collar, and will be happy to post a picture. This is a VERY sad case of VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
