Best Buy has changed the scheduled delivery date on my new appliance twice now, and when I called about it, as their last date change wouldn't work because I will be at work in the middle of a Wednesday, I was told they will have to push it out yet another month! When I asked for a supervisor the rep asked me what I thought I would accomplish by speaking to a supervisor. He then put me on hold for quite a while, came back to tell me there wasn't one available and they would have to call me back by the end of the day. It's been three days and still no call. This is terrible customer service! I am VERY disappointed with Best Buy's customer service.
