Panasonic Microwave Problem

I want to compliment one of your excellent employees, Matt when I went to Best Buy near Dundas Street on Nov 2, 2016 around 2:15 pm.
Matt deserves high praise for the way he helped me to get an old invoice (within a year) for my Panasonic Microwave, without out that Panasonic repair shop was not taking my microwave for repair though it was under 1 year warranty time frame from the manufacturer.
Matt knew just what to do to solve my problem quickly and I appreciate his compassionate and positive attitude
I want thank Matt personally for the excellent service I received at the Best Buy.
