receiving conflicting information regarding reschdule delivery - Samsung Refrigerator Showcase and Samsung Gas Convection Stove


I have someone calling me regarding special delivery for 12/13 since delivery for 12/11 was cancelled due to mechanical issue. When I called back the first time the said 12/17 was the earliest they could reschedule - pushing me out 1 more week instead of accommodating and making those who already was scheduled a priority. I contacted the Arden Way store in Sacramento Ca and they were going to look into it. I received a call again from the Tracy Warehouse and was told that I would be scheduled for 12/13 and they were sorry for the confusion. I told them that I was not in agreement with the 12/17 date and a gift card. I wanted and needed my refrigerator as soon as I possibly could get it. She apologized again and said we are doing a special delivery for Saturday for those who were scheduled and we had to cancel. I just want my date 12/13 date as I was told. I will never buy another major or minor appliance from Best Buy every again and I am a BB Award and Frequent Buyer Member. Delivery and Customer service sucks, very confusing, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Order # 1114332392905. A gift card is not enough to pay for the 2 days I have to take off from work.
