lap top battery going bad - TOSHIBA Satellite C55-A

Earler today I talked to a Geek member on my laptop battery problem, she tried to
help me but could not. she told me to take my laptop to my nearest Best Buy which is
in Morgantown W.Va. She said that they would test my battery to see if was going
bad. they told me that they could not test it and would not be able to get me a battery.
why sell laptops if best buy can not provide extra batterys. I made a special trip to
Morgantown which was a waste of time. it will be my final trip to Best Buy.
