BEST BUY BUYING DISH WASHER AND WASHER AND DRIER
I Bought the fish washer including the servises for delivery and installation and removing old appliances away. I had to stay home .which i understand . Then, the guy vomesxat my doar with muddy shoes and. Steps in and wanting to rub his shoes with my oriental hand woven rug and i have to ask him to wear footies. And he expects me to sign for a dented dish washer. I refused it. And he leaves and tells me its my problem. I call local best buy in christiana ,newark. DE location. They put me on hold for 15 minutes to get the manager. And manager diesnt have,courtesy to introduce herself and lazy enough not to bother even to finish a full sentence. Then the other manager so to speak comes and says not their falt. I day not my falt either and i had to close my office entire day for this. He says he will help me and will hang up on me if i dont let him talk and i say i will not say a word but this is not a costumer service . And i will report complaint. And he says in that case i hang up on you so you wouldnt get any service at all!!!!! And he hangs up!
