    Bosch Evolution Ascenta Dishwasher Purchased April 29, 2013 Best Buy Danbury, CT 06810 Home Delivery and Installation Order 111 311 910 4312 Receipt 0331 063 4526 We noticed water leaking from the Bosch dishwasher this year. The water damaged several wood floorboards in our kitchen. We had the Bosch dishwasher removed by the company that installed our new dishwasher.   • The worst customer service experience I ever have

    I always like shopping at Best buy, but tonight's experience is changing my mind. I bought a new macbook air with my student coupon in YorkShire Plaza, Aurora on June 21, 2014. I was happy because I got a new computer. After I bought the Macbook Air. I found out a lot of people in the said the Best Buy can also take a another USPS movers 10% off coupon with this deal.     I have never seen a management team work as horribly as the one in the South Portland, Maine one. I am a regular there, and every time I go in, I see conflict between managers, between associates and managers, and between customers and managers. It is beyond silly that they have "floor leaders" who cant give employees overrides or help them just for the simple fact that they are the floor leader.     We purchased a $1500 tv & sound bar and were advised that we also needed an HDMI cable. It turned out that we did not need the cable due to being DISH customers. We live in excess of 50 miles from the nearest Best Buy -- in addition we are senior citizens, dealing with a disability situation.     I have placed and order for a video console from Bestbuy Bellevue shop and paid the full money including shipping charge. They promised to deliver between 3r Dec- 9 Dec.     Dear BestBuy I bought a Blackberry storm 2 from you store with insuranceI was informed that it was 99 dollars for 1 year, but it seems I was grossly misinformed my your sales rep.   • faulty installation

    Kitchen dishwasher, brand new, installed by Best Buy, I paid them for the installation, 7 monthas later I have water damage in my basement. I called a local plumber and he found that on installation either a damaged part was used or the installer tighten it to much and it cracked. Either way I've had water running thru the floors.     Your policy to call the Geek Squad at the 1-800 # was not helpful to me! The Geek who came here was certainly not a credit to Best Buy or the Geek Squad at my store in New Hartford, NY.     I spent close to three hours to make an on-line ordering to buy a special Christmas sale of Samsung - 7.3 Cu. Ft. 9-Cycle Gas Dryer - Gray DV337AGG for $650. But I was told it is not available for delivery ($70) to my neither house nor pick-up from any of their Houston store. This is a fraudulent advertisement.     Is there a major problem with Best Buy or are they just taking advantage of this situation? At the near end of September I called Best Buy since there was problem in the washing machine and so they sent a technician (Geek Squad) to see the problem at October 6.     I purchased a new LG washer and dryer on Feb. 27. I told them I wanted it side vented. It was delivered 3/1. On Feb. 29, I get a message.
