    Last week I chatted on Best Buy chat system and explained what I wanted (laptop for sale at $329)and she looked up my trade in value of my current computer which was $150. I explained that I'm disabled and she explained that all I had to do was show my chat to a manager to be sure I get the value that I was quoted. Being disabled with poor vision, can barely walk or stand because of my other disabilities she promised that I would be taken to the front of the line.   • Web Site Problem

    I have an issue with the Best Buy website. It's the only web site I go to which CONSISTENTLY gets my location wrong. It's frustrating when looking to see if my local Best Buy store has something in stock. I CONSTANTLY have to put in my correct zip code, then on the next page it's wrong again. Every other website understands my location. I contacted a Best Buy representative to tunneled into my computer and saw that my location settings in Windows were correct and then saw that the Best Buy site got it wrong.     I received an Apple Watch for Father's Day two days after I got it I put it on and the face came right off. I call the store and was told to return it to the store and they would replace it. I drove 3 1/2 hours to the store in Casper Wy and Josh the manager refused to replace it. He said it an apple product and they don't support apple products they just sell.     I have been a loyal customer to Bestbuy with either Elite or Eliteplus status for the past several years. I ordered for a Bose Cinemate 15 speaker couple of days, which Bestbuy cancelled automatically saying that the price posted for the product was an error.     Best Buy has changed the scheduled delivery date on my new appliance twice now, and when I called about it, as their last date change wouldn't work because I will be at work in the middle of a Wednesday, I was told they will have to push it out yet another month!     I tend to avoid Best Buy, because I never have had good service in one of their stores. You cannot find people to help you, and when you do, they often know little about the item about which you seek input.     On 11/27/2014, I submitted an order online through bestbuy online store using my previous registered account with my old address associated with it. As soon as I clicked the confirm purchase button, I noticed the address was wrong.     My local Best Buy store manager (Aurora, IL) told me they cannot help me with a price match complaint I have because of “corporate policy.” They could not provide contact information for me to register my complaint and seek a ruling in my favor either. I am hoping you are able to forward my request to the proper Best Buy management.     I have been calling since Sep 2nd regarding problems with the website. I cannot get my cart to empty. It allows me to put things into the cart, but when I try to complete a purchase the site "flags" saying there are 4 items that need to be reviewed.     Today me and my wife went to buy a smart phone for my wife at South Brunswick, NJ Best Buy store. The rep convinced us to take Verizon Edge. He said for 250 MB data and Samsung Galaxy S5 device, the cost would be $45 / month for a plan and $30 for a device. So totally it will be $75 + TAX. We agreed to buy this.     I purchased a LOREX security camera and have contacted Best Buy Three times they tell me to contact the company so I did and every time I had at least two hour hold for tech support, I call Best Buy again...still no help after all the run around with Best Buy they now they tell me "Oh your 15 days have run out"!!   • Illegal Practices and Worst Customer Service

    A Brief History: When I purchased the iPhone 4S, at full price I was heavily pushed to get the Black Tie (now called Geek Squad) Protection Plan. I was told by the associate that whenever anything went wrong with the phone to bring it in for repair. It would then be sent off for a repair and I would be provided a similar loaner phone for free.     I bought a Logitech K800 wireless keyboard at store #403 located on Cowan Rd in Westland. The keyboard stopped working so I brought it in with me to the store. Some guy helped me at the service desk. I didn't have the receipt with me so I was fine getting store credit back.     I have been a loyal customer and avid fan of Best Buy for many years. I have had a Best Buy Credit Card since 2009. Recently, my husband and I purchased a video camera Vixia.     In May of 2012 I purchased a Droid Bionic from the Best Buy Store in North Jacksonville, near the Jacksonville Airport. A month later the battery went bad due to "water damage".     I have been a verizon customer for years. Six months ago I went in to Best Buy because my two year contract was up and upgraded to a new phone.
