    Today I went to Best Buy with a coupon for 10% on any in-store purchase. The coupon expired two days ago, and I said to the employee, Victor, "I have a stupid question: will you honor coupons that just expired?" Most employees at retail chains would've just said "no" and left it at that, but Victor went out of his way to ask a manager, Chris, if he would be willing to do it.   • Panasonic Microwave Problem

    I want to compliment one of your excellent employees, Matt when I went to Best Buy near Dundas Street on Nov 2, 2016 around 2:15 pm. Matt deserves high praise for the way he helped me to get an old invoice (within a year) for my Panasonic Microwave, without out that Panasonic repair shop was not taking my microwave for repair though it was under 1 year warranty time frame from the manufacturer. Matt knew just what to do to solve my problem quickly and I appreciate his compassionate and positive attitude I want thank Matt personally for the excellent service I received at the Best Buy.   • Outstanding Customer Service (Wilmington, NC)

    During the Christmas holiday (Sat) my dryer went out. It was an appliance that I depended on tremendously in caring for my seriously ill husband. I decided that to replace the dryer and not repair it (and my washer). The associate (Annie) patiently answered all my questions about the appliances, warranties, and ease of use. She then spent additional time assisting me with my purchase and payment options. As a senior, her help was invaluable. However, delivery was after the holiday period.     I was collecting items in my basket to review later when I got done browsing, I could pick and choose from what I wanted. When I was on my basket, I was browsing through the items, my 10 month old daughter started banging on my computer, which in turn bought a number of different items.     I recently worked with Tim at Best Buy in San Rafael, CA. I bought a widescreen Canon Digital camera over a year ago to use in compiling an interior design portfolio.     I had a problem with my laptop and I took it in to the Best Buy in Chesapeake, VA and I told then what the problems were. There were atlease 6 different problems with the laptop.
